About the Role

The Wind O&M Coordinator plays a crucial part in assisting the day-to-day operations within the team. This includes supporting the programming and scheduling of works, invoicing and billing management, obtaining and putting together quotations for small works, document and quality control, raising and issuing of work orders, and other supporting activities required by the team.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Support technicians with their daily requirements from holiday requests to booking hotels for work travel.
  • Administer equipment warranty claims.
  • Coordinate PPE maintenance and new orders.
  • Maintain a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and other quality management tools as necessary.
  • Ensure client invoicing for any chargeable items is carried out accurately and promptly.
  • Help organise team meetings and annual team events.
  • Support monthly and annual reporting tasks.
  • Analyse maintenance KPIs and highlight trends and anomalies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, be organised, and able to adapt to a fast-moving environment. A background in coordination or administration is also essential, along with high levels of organisation and computer literacy.
