Project Management Specialist

FTI Consulting's Construction Solutions business unit is seeking a professional with expertise in delay analysis, project advisory services, and construction scheduling. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree, typically in engineering or construction management, with experience in a contracting and/or consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing claims and schedule delay analysis
  • Providing and performing schedule management and advice
  • Assisting with the preparation of expert reports in dispute resolution procedures
  • Providing a high-quality and timely service to clients

What You'll Get:

  • Develop your knowledge and gain experience of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and formal dispute resolution procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
  • Up to five-seven years' Post-Qualification Experience in the construction industry or a related profession
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), mathematical, and organizational skills
  • Proficient working knowledge of relevant industry programme management software including Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, and MS Project, and Microsoft applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access
