Cost Analysis Expert

We are looking for a skilled Cost Analysis Expert to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of our Infrastructure Project Management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Cost Analyst in reviewing cost forecasts and budgets, as well as providing excellent communication and numerical skills.


Responsibilities:
  • Support the Senior Cost Analyst in the monthly review of cost forecasts, actual costs, and budgets for project portfolios, applying sound cost management principles and practices.
  • Input into all aspects of capital portfolio delivery through the application of numerical acumen and attention to detail.
  • Monthly update cycle of cost – input and review large datasets from various systems (Oracle, Primavera, etc.) into excel workbooks, supporting the Senior Cost Analyst in managing project teams.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years post-graduation experience or relevant work experience, with at least a Level 8 qualification as per the National framework of qualifications.

Other Skills/Attributes:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced Excel and MS Office skills, with experience in developing forecasts and cost reporting.
  • System and process migration experience is desirable but not essential.
