Lead Business Analyst

We are seeking a senior business analyst to contribute to our lending operations in Dublin. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in lending and experience working with commercial and SME lending products.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with stakeholders to define scope, understand business processes, identify pain points, and analyze problem statements.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis to ensure key requirements are met.
- Analyze client business needs, collaborate with clients/project teams, and develop business process documents.
- Participate in solution design with the development team.
- Provide recommendations to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer experiences.
- A robust understanding of the lending domain, including knowledge of end-to-end lending lifecycle.
- Experience in implementing Temenos Core Banking System is highly desirable.
- Design thinking, stakeholder management, clear communication skills, and technology acumen.
- Background in IT with solid grounding in technology.
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall SDLCs.
