Job Overview

The ideal candidate will oversee the management of all hotel departments, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction. This includes developing and implementing operational policies, procedures, and standards in line with the hotel's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage budgets and control costs to maximise revenue and achieve financial targets.

  • Monitor performance across all areas to ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

  • Develop and implement strategies to maintain a motivated and skilled workforce.

  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure a superior guest experience.

  • Oversee procurement, inventory, and supplier relationships to support operational efficiency.

  • Represent the hotel in a professional manner when liaising with stakeholders, suppliers, and the local community.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, hotel restaurants, and pubs.
  • Graduate degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or Administration, or a related field.
