Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced retail leader to manage the operations of a busy store. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong leadership capabilities and the ambition to drive sales growth and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the store's operations, including customer service and inventory management.
  • Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Implement company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, conducting regular stock takes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase profitability.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the store, including the forecourt area and restrooms.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supermarket background at store manager or assistant manager level.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales techniques.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
