We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Service Advisor. This key position plays a central role in creating appointments for customers, greeting them upon arrival, and ensuring their vehicle is serviced efficiently.
Responsibilities:- Prioritize tasks to prepare invoices clearly outlining procedures carried out and spare parts required to complete the work.
- Co-ordinate phone bookings and maintain an orderly daily diary.
- Collaborate with the spare Parts department to ensure accurate identification, ordering, and availability of parts for technicians.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding technical updates from technicians.
- Ensure all documentation is finalized before end-of-day reports are compiled.
- Verify accuracy of end-of-day monies and balance the day's work correctly.
Requirements: A strong passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of organizational systems are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
