Service Advisor Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to play a central role in creating an appointment for customers, greeting them upon arrival, and liaising with them throughout the service process.

  • The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and on the phone, as well as strong organisational skills and the ability to upsell to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Preparing Invoices: Clearly outlining procedures carried out and spare parts required.
  2. Taking Bookings: Filling the daily diary in an orderly manner.
  3. Working with Spare Parts: Ensuring correct parts have been identified and ordered.
  4. Advising Customers: On technical updates and ensuring all documentation is finalised before end of day reports are compiled.
