We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced automotive professional to join our team as a Customer Liaison.

About the Role
  • Upon arrival, warmly welcome and greet customers, creating a positive first impression.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming environment within the reception area, ensuring seamless customer interactions.
  • Utilize CRM software to efficiently manage customer data and interactions, streamlining communication processes.
  • Handle incoming telephone calls and emails with professionalism, responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Perform various tasks as required, providing support to the team in their endeavors.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a similar front-of-house or administrative role is essential.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively understand and meet customer needs.
  • Display efficient organizational skills and attention to detail, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
  • Show flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, embracing new challenges and responsibilities.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with previous experience using Microsoft Office and CRM software being highly desirable but not mandatory.
