Lab MEP Design Lead

We are seeking an expert in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design to lead the development of lab refurbishment projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting MEP design development, carrying out walk-downs and hands-on drawings of MEP designs, leading design reviews and approvals at later stages, and supporting successful project delivery during construction and commissioning, qualification and validation phases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support MEP design development for lab refurbishment projects
  • Carry out walk-downs and hands-on drawings of MEP designs
  • Lead design reviews and approvals at later stages
  • Support successful project delivery during construction and CQV phases
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in MEP design with a focus on Pharmaceutical / Biopharmaceutical manufacturing
  • Prior lab design and project experience
  • Full Project Lifecycle experience, particularly in lab new-build or refurbishment projects
  • Experience with vendor management
