Job Description

We are seeking a skilled MEP Project Manager to oversee the design and delivery of multiple projects.

As an MEP Project Manager, you will be responsible for directing and managing MEP design and delivery for multiple projects. You will also coordinate the integration of Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health Engineering disciplines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Directing and managing MEP design and delivery for multiple projects.
  • Coordinating the integration of Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health Engineering disciplines.
  • Leading project workshops and reviews to ensure outputs align with local building regulations and sustainability standards.
  • Tracking budgets, programmes, and resource allocation.
  • Reviewing technical drawings and specifications to maintain quality and accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience overseeing MEP design and delivery for construction projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of local building practices, regulatory frameworks, and industry benchmarks.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage teams, and build strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency with design and coordination tools.
  • Background in data centres or mission-critical environments.

A degree in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or another relevant field is beneficial.
