Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of daily finance operations, ensuring seamless payment and invoicing processes.
  • Manage budgets, build forecasts, and maintain cash flow alignment as we scale.
  • Establish purchase orders, send invoices to customers, and oversee accounts payable and receivable.
  • Collaborate closely with team leads to ensure spend and cash flow are aligned.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance finance processes, making them leaner, faster, and more effective.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Registered accountant certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is a significant advantage.
  • 2+ years of solid finance or accounting experience, preferably in SMEs or startups.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, invoicing, and cash flow management.
  • High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficient in using accounting software (Xero) and Google Workspace.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic environment, taking initiative without waiting for direction.
