Global Cuisine Pioneer Role

We are looking for an innovative and passionate Global Cuisine Pioneer to join our culinary team in Dublin City Centre.

The ideal candidate will specialise in combining global flavors and techniques to create unique, inventive dishes that surprise and delight our guests.

This role is perfect for a chef with a deep understanding of diverse cuisines and a flair for culinary experimentation.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Conceptualise and execute original fusion dishes reflecting a blend of international culinary influences.
  2. Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team on seasonal menus and special events.
  3. Ensure all dishes meet the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency.
  4. Maintain a profound knowledge of international ingredients, techniques, and trends.
  5. Oversee food preparation, plating, and kitchen hygiene within your section or across various stations.
  6. Guarantee compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
  7. Manage food costs, portion control, and waste reduction in line with business objectives.
  8. Mentor junior kitchen staff, encouraging creativity and professional growth.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, or Global Cuisine Pioneer in a high-end or concept-driven kitchen.
  2. Strong understanding of international cuisines (e.g., Asian, Latin American, Mediterranean, etc.).
  3. Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
  4. Exceptional creativity and attention to detail.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  6. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  7. Passion for innovation and a commitment to staying current with culinary trends.
