Strategic Account Manager

We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join our team, responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts and developing strategic relationships with customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent sales and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to analyze business data and identify opportunities for growth. They will be responsible for achieving annual sales targets, improving margin and organic growth, and identifying new leads and opportunities.

  • Achieve annual sales targets and deliver long-term margin improvement for a specific portfolio of Strategic Accounts.
  • Improve margin and organic growth with existing business customers through a proactive sales/service relationship and a developed awareness of their needs.
  • Sell into complex organizations across multiple technical, supply chain, and commercial departments.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also be able to maintain accurate and regular reporting of Strategic account KPI performance and achievements.
