Finance and Administration Assistant

This role provides a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-performing organization serving global clients in the medical device sector.

The ideal candidate will support day-to-day finance functions, including payroll administration, accounts payable, and general financial assistance.

  • Manage all aspects of the Time & Attendance system and end-to-end payroll processing.
  • Administer payroll reporting, tax submissions, reconciliations, and employee query resolution.
  • Process large volumes of accounts payable invoices and credit notes across multiple currencies and jurisdictions.
  • Earn sure accurate VAT treatment across various countries.
  • Act as primary point of contact for ERP-related accounts payable queries.
  • Liaise with internal departments to follow up on outstanding items and ensure timely payment processing.
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations and assist with ad hoc reporting and administrative tasks.
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance function as needed.
