Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Director to lead our Property and Facilities team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for the delivery of Capital Expenditure (Capex) projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop, manage, and execute Capital Works programs for the Property and Facilities department.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Operations domains to understand project requirements and specifications.
  • Select, appoint, and manage third-party contractors to deliver each phase of the project.

Main Duties:

  • Supervise staff and contractors related to property management functions in line with business requirements, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide support to the Property & Facilities team as needed.

This role requires a strong technical understanding of facility-related systems, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience in managing multiple stakeholders and prioritizing tasks.

About the Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a skilled professional who can effectively manage and coordinate Capex projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
