Job Description

The SESAR Manager role is a senior position that reports to the Head of Transformation. This role has full accountability and profile for strategy, governance, pace, testing and functional confident delivery for a range of projects under the SESAR umbrella.

The programme aims to modernise the European Air Traffic Management network to be more efficient and able to cope with projected growth. Dublin Airport plays a key role in achieving this.

This role encompasses strong external and internal stakeholder management, managing diverse steering groups and project teams, communications and regular reporting to senior management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Set strategic direction for the SESAR programme within Dublin Airport Authority PLC in collaboration with senior stakeholders
  • Lead delivery of the SESAR programme, ensuring pace, control, and resource alignment across complex projects
  • Scope and deliver programmes of non-mandatory projects that leverage EU funding to drive airport efficiency, predictability, and safety
  • Ensure compliance with SESAR-related legislation
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Eurocontrol and partner airports
  • Represent Dublin Airport Authority PLC at various SESAR/Eurocontrol forums
