Infrastructure and Government Leadership Role

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to Ireland's National Development Plan, Climate Change targets, and Sustainable Development Goals by playing a key role in supporting the development of critical infrastructure projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic advice on approaches to development, procurement, and delivery of major infrastructure projects and contracts for critical government services.
  • Critically review and develop business cases in line with infrastructure guidelines and governance codes for semi-states.
  • Provide commercial and financial advice on procurement of major investment projects, including tender documentation, bidder dialogue, and tender evaluation.
Key Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience providing strategic, commercial, and financial advice on infrastructure capital projects and programmes.
  • Experience developing feasibility studies and business cases for capital investment programmes in sectors such as transport, housing, utilities, digital, health, and education.
