Business Development Manager

The primary objective of this role is to drive branch profitability and sustainability through local market presence, community engagement, and customer-centric strategies. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales office to achieve performance targets across sales revenue, customer acquisition, staff engagement, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all aspects of the sales office, promoting a one-stop-shop for retail and commercial insurance solutions.
