Production Leadership Manager

The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence in a cutting-edge manufacturing environment as a Senior Manager. He/She will lead a critical production unit with strategic goals, fostering high-performance culture and continuous improvement.
About the Position:This position takes responsibility for people, quality, customer service, and cost performance within a high-profile production unit. The Senior Manager plays a key role in aligning strategic goals, fostering a high-performance culture, and driving continuous improvement in line with company values and behavioral standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement the strategic plan for the Production Unit in collaboration with Engineering, Quality, and other cross-functional partners.
- Lead and support Lean initiatives to enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and cost performance.
- Partner with Finance, HR, Quality, and Production Planning to optimize departmental performance and foster strong employee engagement and communication.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet production demands while cultivating cross-functional relationships.
In addition, the successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to drive results-oriented decisions, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
The ideal candidate will also have experience working in a similar production environment, preferably with a track record of delivering results-driven solutions and improving operational efficiencies.
