Exciting Production Manager Opportunity in Galway
We're seeking an experienced Production Manager on behalf of one of our clients. This person will help to lead their team in Galway and drive excellence in their production processes As a key member of the operations team, you'll oversee the entire production process, ensuring seamless execution, quality standards, and budget management.
About the Role:
* Lead and motivate a team of Supervisors and Operators to achieve exceptional results
* Optimize plant equipment usage, ensuring efficient and effective processes while maintaining Health and Safety standards
* Drive customer satisfaction by delivering orders on time and meeting quality standards
* Manage budgets, monitor output, and identify areas for improvement
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and resolve production issues
Key Responsibilities:
* Production planning, execution, and control
* Team management and development
* Budgeting and cost management
* Quality management and compliance
* Health and Safety management
* Maintenance and continuous improvement
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a Production Manager role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
* Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and quality management systems
