Legal Executive Position

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Legal Executive to join our team in Dublin 2. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to advance their career in litigation and develop their skills in Personal Injury Litigation and Medical Negligence Litigation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare Injuries Board Applications by gathering relevant information and drafting necessary documents.
  • Brief Counsel to draft proceedings, ensuring all required information is included.
  • Perfect court proceedings and motions by reviewing and revising documents as needed.
  • Draft Replies to Particulars, taking into account the specific requirements of each case.
  • Deal with discovery requests, communicating effectively with clients and other parties involved.
  • Set cases down for trial, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure a smooth process.
  • Draft various legal documents, such as contracts and agreements, while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Conduct legal research, staying up-to-date with changes in legislation and case law.
  • Liaise with clients, providing regular updates on the progress of their cases.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in law and legal advice, including knowledge of Litigation Practice and Procedure.
  • Experience in case management systems, with a strong understanding of how to manage complex cases.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • 1+ years prior experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
