Job Description:

The Employment Litigation Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and processing employment tribunal claims, as well as supporting clients with mediation and conciliation matters. This will involve maintaining open communication with clients, advising on case conduct, and obtaining instructions. Additionally, the specialist will be required to visit clients at their premises to discuss cases and provide updates, and advise clients on claim merits and prospects of successful defense.

The specialist will also be responsible for preparing hearing bundles, witness statements, and correspondence with tribunals and claimants. Regular case reviews and providing updates to management will also be key responsibilities of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A third-level qualification in Law, Employment Law, Human Resources, or Industrial Relations
  • Extensive experience in reviewing and processing tribunal claims
  • A positive approach to workload and teamwork
  • Client-centric work approach
  • Ability to work autonomously and self-manage
  • Passion for employment law
  • Full driving license
