As a Litigation Specialist, you will work closely with senior management to deliver excellent service to clients. This role involves managing legal reporting tasks, preparing meeting packs and agendas, and assisting with brief preparation and collation.

The Role
  • Main Responsibilities
  • Manage legal reporting tasks for clients, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
  • Prepare meeting packs and agendas, attending monthly client meetings with the Partner.
  • Assist with brief preparation and collation, providing high-quality support to the team.
  • Conduct legal research as needed, utilizing relevant databases and resources.
  • Filing proceedings in the Central Office, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare client training material for case management systems, enhancing user experience.
  • Provide general legal support within the Litigation department, responding to queries and requests.
  • Manage a small caseload of files, supervised by senior management, ensuring efficient workflow.
Requirements
  • Necessary Qualifications
  • 3+ years' prior experience as a Legal Executive or similar role, demonstrating expertise in litigation.
  • Experience managing competing priorities, maintaining focus under pressure.
  • Team focus, willingness, and flexibility to work collaboratively with others.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, utilizing software efficiently.
  • Discretion and respect for confidentiality at all times, upholding professional standards.
