Job Title: Contract Litigation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Contract Litigation Specialist to join our team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

The successful candidate will be involved in various projects and cases, advising clients on legal matters related to mortgage litigation, insolvency and debt. They will also develop and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders, conduct research and analysis to support case development and client advice, prepare and draft legal documents and correspondence, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on contract law and litigation to clients.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential issues and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to resolve complex contractual disputes.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and court pleadings.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and coordination.
