We are seeking an experienced Residential Care Coordinator to join our team at Orchard Care Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients. This involves working closely with our care team to assess client needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement appropriate interventions.
A key focus of this role is compliance. You will assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of care plans, assessments, and other relevant records. Your attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities will be essential in this regard.
As a seasoned coordinator, you will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. A professional degree in Applied Social Studies or a relevant qualification is required, as well as a Level 6 Management qualification. Your excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks will be essential in driving our organization forward.
This role offers a range of benefits, including a competitive salary and incremental pay scale, as well as a tax-free bonus based on achievement of objectives. You will also receive an on-call allowance per weekend, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and access to an income protection policy.
