Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Call Centre Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing a warm welcome and efficient greeting to all callers.

You will be required to answer calls in a timely and friendly manner, transfer calls as appropriate, and provide our guests with details of hotel and local amenities and attractions.

As part of the Reception Team, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a call centre or switchboard environment is desirable.
  • You must be proficient in MS Office Suite and have excellent organisational skills.
  • A fluent level of both written and spoken English is essential.
  • The position includes shift and weekend work.
