About the Role

As a key member of our residential team, you will be responsible for providing person-centered care and support to service users, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing individualized plans that promote independence, self-advocacy, and community integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care and support to service users, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans that promote independence, self-advocacy, and community integration.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support and care services are provided.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be eligible for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care or relevant field.
  • CORU registration (if applicable).
  • A full clean manual driving license.
  • Access to own transport and willingness to drive company cars.
