Care Professional

The ideal candidate for this role is a compassionate and skilled professional with experience working one on one with children in their own home.
This individual should be reliable, capable of working on their own initiative and possess excellent communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality care to children with complex needs/disability
- Administer medication as required, including buccal midazolam if necessary
- Manage nebulizer equipment, pain management and airway management
- Care for children with stoma requirements, manage skin integrity and maintain professional boundaries/confidentiality
- Work effectively in the home environment as a lone worker

- Pain Management Techniques
- Care of Children with Disability
As a care professional, you will have access to comprehensive induction training, an in-house training scheme for mandatory certificates, flexible start dates and scheduling, dedicated bookings support and employee recognition programs.
Requirements- Current and valid NMBI pin
- Previous experience working with children
- Willingness to undergo additional training as required
- Full immunizations and vaccination history
