Job Title: HR Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team as an HR Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide expert guidance on employment-related cases and support management teams in confidently handling people issues.

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including absence tracking, probation reviews, and performance monitoring. Additionally, you will generate and analyze HR metrics to drive site improvements and lead projects such as policy updates, audits, and strategic HR initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HR at Administrator level or above, with a strong understanding of employment law and ER case management. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

  • Prior experience in HR at Administrator level or above
  • CIPD qualified (or working towards) and holding a HR or equivalent 3rd level qualification
  • Strong ER case management experience and knowledge of employment law
  • Proficient in HR systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint)
