**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of tender processes within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the preparation and submission of tenders on behalf of the business.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to gather and coordinate all necessary information for tender submissions.
  • Identifying and evaluating potential tender opportunities to determine alignment with business objectives and capabilities.
  • Managing the full lifecycle of tender processes within our organization, including receipt, assessment, coordination, and submission.
  • Analysing tender documentation to identify submission requirements and ensuring all necessary information is provided.
  • Ensuring tender submissions are fully completed and delivered in accordance with specified deadlines and compliance requirements.
  • Preparing and presenting monthly reports on our tendering activities and performance metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Good analytical skills
  • Strong Finance/accounts/accountancy background
  • Ideally qualified (QBE) or part qualified seeking industry experience
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Organised and good attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and team player
