Job Title: Hybrid Nurse Assessor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nurse, Physiotherapist, or Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Hybrid Nurse Assessor.

This is a unique opportunity for healthcare professionals to leverage their expertise and passion for delivering high-quality care in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients, utilizing your clinical expertise and interpersonal skills to gather accurate information and provide evidence-based recommendations.
  • Develop and write comprehensive reports that clearly outline assessment findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
Requirements:
  • Current registration with the NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) or HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council)
  • Minimum one year's post-registration experience as a Nurse, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Paramedic
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
