We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Construction Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in construction management principles and the ability to analyze project specifications and requirements.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates for various construction projects by analyzing project specifications, material costs, and labor requirements.
  • Collaborate with the estimating team to research market trends, product pricing, and other factors that impact project costs.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines.
  • Communicate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Analyze data and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Requirements:
  • A degree or diploma in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other construction software.
  • Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
