Job Title: Senior Construction Estimator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled construction estimator to join our team. As a senior construction estimator, you will be responsible for tendering for all construction projects, preparing and collating accurate, detailed, and timely tenders based on drawings, specifications, bills of quantities, and other information to secure profitable work orders.

To be successful in this role, you will need several years' experience in an estimating role in a contracting or specialist contracting background together with a relevant third-level qualification. You will also need excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
