We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of our commercial development in Limerick City.
About the Role:- Manage projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Set and deliver on performance and client expectations, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality management principles.
- Collaborate with clients on key performance indicator (KPI) development and progress tracking, fostering strong relationships and open communication.
- Plan and allocate resources effectively, including labour, materials, and subcontractors, to achieve project goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and deadlines, promoting a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
- Maintain a safe working environment on site, coordinating with the Site Safety Officer to ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
- Degree in Engineering or a related field, with additional qualifications a plus.
- At least 5 years' experience in project management, ideally with a main contractor in Ireland.
- Proficiency in ASTA or MS Project planning software, with a proven track record of delivering large projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
- Experience in sectors such as Pharma, Industrial, Commercial, Education, Health, and Data Centres, with a strong understanding of industry-specific requirements.
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to interpret complex contractual documents.
- Flexible, adaptable, and detail-focused, with a proven ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Experience with services and structural steel construction an advantage.
- Full Irish work rights, with eligibility to work without restriction.
