Project Delivery Manager

A high-calibre Project Delivery Manager is required to oversee the successful delivery of a large-scale project within our organisation.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in managing complex projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget
  • Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support to ensure effective collaboration and communication
  • Conduct regular site inspections, reviewing progress against project milestones and identifying areas for improvement
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, design teams, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution
  • Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for attention
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a project management role, preferably within the construction or property industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards shared goals
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Degree-level education in a relevant field (such as construction management, engineering, or business administration)
