Critical Infrastructure Network Engineering Manager

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Critical Infrastructure Network Engineering Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in delivering the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for our online services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote open information exchange, resolve intra- and inter-team issues, manage conflicts, remove barriers for agile priority shifts, and engage all stakeholders to meet mutual objectives and represent the organization effectively.
  • Perform technical analysis and lead the design architecture of network plans for the enterprise, analyzing network & security requirements of the business and architects' solutions that include highly available and resilient designs.
  • Monitor network system state in compliance with current capacity plan guidelines, and network services budgets, including reviewing invoices from service providers for usage, errors, and inconsistencies, and adjusting where feasible.
  • Lead and manage network engineering projects from inception to completion using Agile methodologies and DevOps-based tools, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years technical experience in network design, development, and automation.
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years technical experience in network design, development, and automation.
  • OR Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years technical experience in network design, development, and automation.
  • OR Doctorate Degree in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
