IT Quality Assurance Specialist

Our company seeks a skilled IT Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the reliability and quality of our refurbished equipment.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and technical expertise in hardware maintenance.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of PCs, laptops, tablets, and related hardware
  • Perform repairs to ensure all equipment meets our high standards
  • Assist with order fulfillment, packaging, and shipping as required
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues and improve processes
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting PCs, laptops, and tablets
  • Experience with hardware repairs (preferred)
  • Basic soldering skills (preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork mindset
  • Technical certifications or relevant experience in IT hardware maintenance are an asset
