Cloud Engineer Position

We are looking for a skilled Cloud Engineer to join our team. As a Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and scaling cloud-based infrastructure that underpins our clients enterprise contact centre.

This is an opportunity for experienced engineers to work with cutting-edge technologies and develop their skills in cloud-first thinking, automation, and on-the-job learning in VoIP/SIP and contact centre technologies.

The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Linux, Docker/Kubernetes, and experience working with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP). They should also be familiar with monitoring frameworks and willing to learn contact centre tooling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain resilient Linux-based systems for customer contact services
  • Contribute to platform automation, monitoring, and deployment tooling (CI/CD, GitOps, etc.)
  • Troubleshoot and support production systems in a high-availability environment
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to upskill in SIP, VoIP, and telephony environments
  • Participate in agile sprint cycles, code reviews, and platform optimisation efforts
  • Write and maintain platform documentation and incident runbooks

Ideal Experience:

  • 5+ years in platform, cloud, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering roles
  • Strong skills in Linux, Docker/Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and monitoring frameworks
  • Willingness to learn contact centre tooling (Genesys, Amazon Connect, Avaya)
  • Experience supporting production systems in a regulated or enterprise environment
  • Scripting experience (Python, Bash, etc.) and solid understanding of system-level debugging
