We are seeking a proactive IT specialist to support robust and secure IT services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Microsoft 365 environment, including Intune and conditional access.
  • Support Windows Server infrastructure, including RDS.
  • Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP.
  • Support virtual infrastructure; VMware experience is a plus.
  • Maintain firewall configurations, VLANs, and network security.
  • Support endpoint security, backups, patching, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver IT solutions.
  • Participate in system upgrades and IT projects.
  • Document configurations and support cases.
  • Respond to support issues and guide junior staff.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Strong background in Windows Server and RDS.
  • Deep knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
  • Experience with network infrastructure, switching, routing, VLANs.
  • Firewall management experience, preferably with Fortinet/FortiGate/FortiSuite.
  • VMware experience is desirable.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
