Enterprise Solutions Developer

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a highly skilled Enterprise Solutions Developer. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust and scalable integration solutions connecting various systems within our enterprise.

You will have the autonomy to own the integration platform, ensuring seamless connectivity between various applications, systems, and platforms while staying updated on emerging technologies and trends.

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements by working closely with senior team members and key stakeholders.
  • Support the development of integration plans that align with ongoing business and IT initiatives.
  • Participate in discussions around integration roadmaps and help track progress and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

Integration Support & Planning

  • Developing strong relationships with cross-functional teams including application developers, data engineers, and business analysts to support integration efforts.
  • Collaborating with external vendors or partners to help implement and troubleshoot third-party integrations.

Automation & Workflow Development

  • Evaluating automation opportunities across business systems, identifying and implementing solutions that eliminate manual work and improve operational efficiency.
  • Designing and implementing event-driven automation scripts and logic using low-code tools or scripting languages such as Python.

Solution Development & Design

  • Contributing to the design and implementation of integration workflows and solutions under the guidance of senior engineers or architects.
  • Leveraging expertise in system architecture and integration technologies to ensure reliable system performance and data accuracy.

Quality Assurance & Monitoring

  • Maintaining clear and accurate documentation for integration processes, technical designs, and workflows.
  • Actively participating in training sessions, peer learning, and mentoring opportunities to build integration expertise and technical skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in designing and implementing complex integration solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of integration patterns, protocols, and technologies (e.g., REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, ETL processes).
  • Strong understanding of automation opportunities across business systems, focusing on eliminating manual work and improving operational efficiency.
