Customer Service Assistant

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.

This exciting opportunity allows you to work with people and provide excellent customer service. You will serve customers at the trade counter, handle inbound calls and emails, and process orders using Microsoft Office applications.

  • You will maintain a tidy and organized trade counter area.
  • You will assist with upselling and cross-selling products to support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve customers with a strong customer service attitude and communication skills.
  2. Process stock queries and quotations efficiently.
  3. Provide exceptional customer support over the phone or by email.

Requirements:

  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office essential).
  • Strong team player with a proactive approach.
  • Full clean driver's license.
