Patch Manager Job

We are seeking a skilled Patch Manager to provide expert customer-focused housing management services in Northern Ireland. The ideal candidate will have a degree-level qualification or B-Tech Higher level qualification with relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tenancy Management & Sustainment: Terminate and manage vacant properties, manage tenancy commencements, and maintain existing and new tenancies.
  • Estate Management: Plan and coordinate maintenance activities, collect payments, and monitor decant arrangements for tenants.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A degree-level qualification or B-Tech Higher level qualification with relevant experience.
  • Minimum 1 year's relevant experience in housing management, preferably in a front-line customer support environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to communicate effectively, and prioritize challenging workloads.
