Procurement Strategist

As a key team member, you will play a vital role in managing and coordinating Purchase Requisitions and SAP Purchase Orders. You will implement effective procurement strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure seamless operations.

  • Manage the review and processing of Purchase Requisitions and SAP Purchase Orders.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Purchase Order issues.
  • Update overdue Purchase Orders, adjust prices, and address over-ship/short-ship/scrap quantities.
  • Maintain accuracy of Purchase Orders and OTV databases and records.
  • Process STO/RMA for warehouses and resolve related issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with logistic and internal teams on import/export customs issues.
  • Monitor progress of RMA and ensure KBBs are shipped out by the end of each week.
  • Track and expedite incoming shipments and resolve receiving issues on time.
  • Suggest and draft updates to departmental work instructions.
  • Lead small projects or manage cross-functional improvement teams.
  • Coordinate with warehouse for serial number details and arrange shipments to suppliers.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in supply chain management and logistics.
  • Proficiency in procurement processes.
  • Knowledge of SAP systems.
  • Ability to perform testing and UAT.
  • Strong communication skills.

Required Qualifications:

  • A relevant degree is required.
