Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Mobility Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing, configuring and supporting SOTI MobiControl Mobile Device Management Software Solutions.

  • The successful candidate will provide subject matter expertise on the implementation, configuration and support of SOTI MobiControl Mobile Device Management Software Solutions to meet project deliverables.
  • The individual will hold requirement gathering sessions with clients and provide feedback to the back-end software development team to assist in product fixes and enhancements.
  • They will set up and/or carry out large-scale software migrations and upgrades.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the following skills and qualifications are required:

  • Minimum 4+ years in advanced technical positions (implementation specialist, technical support, solutions architect) with direct customer advocacy and engagement in post-sales or professional services within a complex IT environment.
  • Strong interest in mobility with knowledge of leading and emerging mobile technologies; working knowledge of Android, Apple, and Windows OS.
  • Excellent problem solving, resolution, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Solid communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with large enterprises.
