Food and Beverage Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in the hotel's restaurant and bar.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to prepare and serve food and drinks
  • Assist with food and beverage preparation, including preparing ingredients and plating dishes
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times
  • Provide exceptional service during peak periods, including breakfast, lunch and dinner services

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Punctual and reliable with a strong attendance record
