Marketing Leader for Hospitality Venues

We are seeking an experienced marketing leader to oversee and unify the marketing efforts across a collection of hospitality venues. This role requires someone with solid experience in the sector, a sharp eye for detail, and a genuine appreciation for what makes great hospitality experiences memorable.

About the Role
  • This is a key leadership position that will lead on the development and execution of marketing plans that support each venue's commercial goals and character.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading on the design, promotion, and delivery of events — from live entertainment and food-focused promotions to seasonal campaigns.
  • They will work closely with operations teams to ensure all marketing activity is timely, practical, and drives measurable results.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of how hospitality brands connect with customers — in person, online, and in the local community.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior marketing role within hospitality, events, or related sectors.
  • Proven track record in creating, marketing, and managing events that attract a public audience.
  • Strong digital skills including Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, email platforms, and basic website CMS systems.
  • Comfortable managing budgets, timelines, and competing priorities.
