The Sales and Marketing Manager role at our two leading hotels in the heart of Galway is an exciting opportunity to shape their future. As a passionate, creative, and results-driven professional, you will drive growth, brand visibility, and innovation across both properties.
Based in Galway or Dublin, with travel to Galway, this position offers a unique blend of sales and marketing expertise to lead Rooms, F&B, events & conferences, grow and develop International business through GDS, corporate and conferencing, and create engaging marketing campaigns and sales strategies with the team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead sales teams to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and execute dynamic, results-focused sales and marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging marketing campaigns and sales strategies with the team to develop the hotels' leisure business.
- Grow and develop international business through GDS, corporate and conferencing.
- Drive overall strategy and brand presence both online and offline.
- Build strong partnerships and lead a high-performing team of Marketing, Events and Sales.
- A proven hospitality sales & marketing professional with strategic thinking and creative skills.
- Motivated leader with a hands-on attitude and genuine passion for Galway's vibrant hospitality scene.
