Marketing Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to spearhead our hospitality marketing initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for creating memorable customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of how hospitality brands connect with customers and possess excellent communication and briefing skills.

A proven track record of success in senior marketing roles, with expertise in event promotion, digital marketing, and brand management, is essential.

The successful candidate will also be skilled at managing budgets, timelines, and priorities, as well as being knowledgeable about the local hospitality scene.

As a collaborative and creative leader, you will have a unique opportunity to shape marketing strategy and bring innovative ideas to life.

Key responsibilities include developing and delivering marketing plans that drive commercial success, leading the design and promotion of events, and managing all digital channels.

Other key duties include protecting and enhancing each brand's identity and tone of voice, building partnerships with local organisations, and analysing marketing performance data.

Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in a senior marketing role in hospitality, events, or a related sector.
  • Proven success creating and promoting events that attract public audiences.
  • Strong understanding of how hospitality brands connect with customers in person, online, and in the community.
  • Excellent communication and briefing skills.
  • Confident using digital tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, email marketing platforms, and basic CMS systems.
  • Skilled at managing budgets, timelines, and priorities.
  • Knowledge of the Galway hospitality scene.
