Key Responsibilities
As a Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with the Finance & Controlling Manager, collaborating with a team of four professionals. Your duties include:
  • Delivering insightful analyses and presenting findings to senior management
  • Understanding cost drivers across the business and developing strong relationships with non-financial stakeholders
  • Preparing monthly management accounts, sales reports, and board pack slides
  • Performing detailed variance analysis on budgeting and forecasting
  • Contributing significantly to the quarterly forecast cycle
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in forecasting
  • Pricing review by brand and models
  • Preparing inputs for monthly pricing committee meetings, including product analysis and performance review
  • Developing enhanced pricing standardization processes for existing and new products
  • Assisting with Business Intelligence tool developments and implementations
  • Liaising with internal and external auditors
  • Reporting and monitoring a €1.2 billion contract portfolio
  • Providing ad-hoc reporting and financial analysis for senior management
Requirements
The ideal candidate should be a:
  • Newly qualified accountant (or finalist) with experience in financial services or banking
  • Proficient in SAP CO, preferably with implementation experience
  • Skilled in BI tools, particularly PowerBI, Alteryx, or Tableau
  • Personable individual with strong relationship-building skills
